Product Description

Some ascribe the “Chamsah” to Islamic tradition which represents the hand of “Fatima” the daughter of Mohamed- the prophet of Islam. What is later also represents also represents the five pillars of Islam: Faith, prayer, charity, fasting and pilgrimage. An in-depth study in our Jewish sources and the Kabbalah we find that the concept “heh” equals five. It begins to acquire the significance of defense and plenty from the days of Joseph in Egypt in the period of the famine (Genesis 47) when the response of Joseph to the Egyptians who turned to him at the height of the years of famine that he provide them with food: “Lo, here is grain for you” (the Hebrew word “HA”) (see the expanded article in the store of our products in the site “pendant for fertility and against the evil eye”)

Later still the “hand” symbolizes the “Raising of the Hands- the Priestly Blessing”. The priests are commanded to bless the people of Israel on a daily basis. And when the priest raises his hands to bless the people the Divine Presence rests upon his fingers and serves to transmit the divine bounty from the priest to the people. The palm of the “hand” equals 14 symbolizing the 14 joints of the fingers, contains within it in meticulous order the words of the priestly blessing where the center of the palm of the hand is the receptacle for the word “shalom” (peace). “And I will cover you with my hand while I pass by” (Exodus 33). The palm of merit, the palm of mercy, the palm that is the source of all blessings.

It is brought down in the holy Zohar (portion of Naso):

“The priest is commanded to bless the people with his outstretched fingers because in the fingers is found the supreme secret, five on the right and five on the left, and when the priest stretches out his hands the Divine Presence rests upon the fingers and at the moment that the priest recites the blessing the letters of the priestly blessing leave the fingers and fly up to the heavens and then the Holy One Blessed be He blesses Israel”. The Holy Names: Enkatm, Pstm, Pspsym, Dyunsym, Are combinations of the letters of the priestly blessing explained by our teacher Rabbi Hai Gaon in his book “The Voice of the Lord is found in His Power”:

“And they are received generation to generation all the way back to our teacher Moses may he rest in peace”

From the combination of these names was instituted the prayer: May it be Your will Lord my G-d that You listen to my Enkati (Enkatm) (my sigh) To fulfill my requests for good

And to provide a piece of bread for me (Pstm) to eat and clothing to wear, sustenance with quiet satisfaction and relief.

And grant me grace and kindness in Your eyes and in the eyes of all who see me even as you granted the righteous Joseph grace and kindness in the eyes of all who saw him at the time that his father placed upon him the coat of many colors (Pspsym) And perform for me miracles (Dyunsym) and wonders and a sign for good that we shall be successful in all of our endeavors. Amen. G-d please bring salvation close (Enktm) Your fear remove, free us from imprisonment (Pstm)

Open the eyes of the blind, redeem those who err- we await Your salvation (Pspsym) Gather in the dispersed- Lord support us from our fall (Dyunsym)

From here we can ascribe to the “palm of the hand”

(the Chamsah- five, corresponding to the five fingers)

a defensive vessel to obstruct and defend and turn away negative energies of the evil eye and narrowness of vision.

In a wonderful numerical discovery I found something which will enlighten your eyes to realize how much the Chamsah together with the Priestly Blessing with the addition of the names “Kabbalistic codes) (which are engraved on the Chamsah) Is able to distance from us the channels of negative energy which results from the evil eye and to transform these channels into something more positive. Ayin (eye) equals 130. The name of the Creator Adonai equals 26.

26 (Adonai) x 5 (Chamsah) = 130 (ayin-eye)

The amulets are a receptacle for all of our needs. They create a connection and energized activity for the fulfillment of our requests and desires and they contain the combination of Names and seals which have the power to activate them and to obtain Divine influence for the purpose for which they are needed. The amulet connects us to the power source through which we receive all the good that is within creation through the improvement of our material and emotional situation. The amulet as a source of power in and of itself is presented on a “stone” which is an energized infrastructure and a receptacle with tremendous power in itself. During his journey our father Jacob, when he sought to take a nap, chose to rest his head on a “stone”:

“And Jacob took one of the stones from that place and placed it under his head and lay in that place”

The next morning following the inspirational dream of “Jacob’s ladder” and the Divine revelation, Jacob takes the “stone” upon which he rested his head and erected it as an altar:
“And he took the “stone” upon which he had rested his head and erected it as a monument and poured oil upon its head”.

Later, at the moment of the revelation at Mt. Sinai, we are commanded to build an altar only out of “stone”

“an altar made of stone you shall make for Me”.

In a numerical discovery I found that to lighten your eyes to the power of the infrastructure upon which we set the amulet “stone”/

The name of the Creator (yud-hey-vav-hey) equals 53. “Stone (even in Hebrew) also equals 53.
